All products sold by Backyard & Pergolas by ERA Group LLC are manufactured directly by our partner brands Blaze, Bull, and Napoleon.

Therefore, any refund, exchange, or defect claim must be handled directly with the original manufacturer, in accordance with their official warranty and return policies.

Our team will assist you in coordinating with the manufacturer, but Backyard & Pergolas acts only as a facilitator and is not directly responsible for refund or replacement approvals determined by third-party manufacturers.

Warranty Policy

Each product includes a manufacturer’s warranty:

• Blaze Grills: Up to 3 years (on structure and components, depending on model).

• Bull Grills: Limited lifetime warranty on main structure and primary components.

• Napoleon: Manufacturer’s limited warranty, depending on the series.

Warranty Claim Process:

1. Keep your purchase invoice and product serial number.

2. Email info@backyardandpergolas.com or contact the manufacturer’s customer service directly.

3. The manufacturer will review your claim and determine whether repair, replacement, or credit applies according to their warranty terms.
