Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Shipping times may vary depending on the product type or client location.

• Standard products: 5–10 business days.

• Custom or made-to-order products: 4–8 weeks, depending on project complexity.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Shipments are handled by certified carriers. Backyard & Pergolas by ERA Group is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (weather, transport issues, customs, etc.).

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor their delivery.

3. Order Receipt

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If packaging shows visible damage, it must be reported to the carrier and our customer service team within 24 hours.
